Blacklist check for UAE credit card debts

I know that this topic has already been discussed here. But what I would like to know is that, is there any way that a person can check if she/he is blacklisted in UAE?My sister owes 2 banks huge amount of money because of her credit card dues. It was actually left unused/unpaid since 2006 when she returned to our home country due to personal reason. Currently, she has no means to pay off her debts hence she would like to come back to Dubai to start all over again and start paying off. The Banks are not or let me say NEVER tried contacting her...

These are the places which usually have tennis courts:Hotels in Dubai - usually the 4 or 5 star ones but you'd have to be staying there or pay (probably a lot).Schools in Dubai - I expect use would be restricted to students and teachers but you could try calling them to see if they have some sort of tennis activity open to outsiders. I don't know of any myself I'm afraid.Public tennis courts - limited availability.
